Hi Maintainer

Sometime around 2024-07-11, the autopkgtests of r-cran-spacetime
1.3-1-1 regressed in testing [1].

Because of this regression, r-cran-spacetime 1.3-2-1 migrated to
testing with what appears to be a new regression.  I've copied what I
hope is the relevant part of the log in unstable [2] (which seems more
useful) below.
