Actually the bug report should be about the flickering screen.
Although it's been stated that a fix is in linux-image-6.8.0-45.45 or the OEM
kernel (here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2062951/comments/70)
I must have a different bug because even the linux-image-6.8.0-1017-oem does
not resolve the issue.
Is there a known bug report for that problem?

Hi Leonardo, Yes, we know the MTL flickering issue, you can try using
"i915.enable_psr2_sel_fetch=0". The fix is planning to be landed on 6.8.0-45.45
or later. Or you can try switching to use 6.8-oem kernel which already includes
the fix. sudo apt install linux-oem-22.04
