The discussion among archive admins continued and as assumed restricted is the even more correct component. Therefore I'd want to move them to restricted soon to not be in the (less wrong than universe) wrong component for too long. We are sorting out the rules and if any extended process needs to be applied, but for now @Remy/@Loic could we please also have a team subscriber for it - that would be the very minimal requirement we should fulfil AFAICS.
