(Production Version) of ipu7-drivers.
[Fix]

[Test Case]
Install intel-ipu7-dkms from -proposed pocket along with kernels with
- bug 2081866 fixes, the IPU7 stack should be enabled on a Taroko oem
- platform and validate the use of webcam.
+ bug 2081866 fixes.
+
+ Check if camera actually works:
+ ```
+ $ sudo gst-launch-1.0 icamerasrc ! autovideosink
+ ```
+
+ Full test plan is done via checkbox camera tests by multiple parties.
[Where problems could occur]
- The driver/HAL framework has always been under endless development.
- Expect further fixes.
+ There are still some stable issues, such as green screen, camera dead
+ after several streaming transactions. They're under investigation and
+ are blocker for the official enablement plan of the related platforms.
[Other Info]
While this targets Intel Lunar Lake platform that is only available for
v6.11 kernels, nominate only for Oracular and Plucky.
