The issue in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/3749 seems to be ignored, or maybe just unseen, so this is just to confirm that Zen Browser as flatpak also lacks Guillemets on Ubuntu 24.10 using Wayland.
This problem makes it really hard to use the keyboard in languages that use Guillemets for quotation marks.
