Public bug reported:
* texlive can be installed / available on modern linux boxes (including
Ubuntu of cours) without any texlive-package installed
* texlive cab be provided as
- "natural" installation via tlmngr script
- other packaging systems (like guix for example)
=> I do not want that installing hevea leads to the "strict"
installation of texlive stuff.
=> Please move these dependencies to "recommended" or "suggested". This
way
apt install hevea --no-install-recommends --no-install-suggests
is a good way to go.
