* New upstream release. (LP: #180406)
* debian/patches:
- Dropped 02_missing_fclose.dpatch, fixed upstream (another way).
- Dropped 03_itdb-set-local-to-imported.dpatch, merged upstream.
- Dropped disable-mp4-grouping.dpatch, not neede after the libmp4v2
transition.
- Fixed remaining patches for this release.
* debian/control:
- Explicit version for libmp4v2-dev (>= 1:1.6-0.1).
- Updated Standards-Version to 3.7.3.
* debian/rules:
- Updated gtkpod version for pod2man.
