Package fails to compile in clean bed and autopkgtest fails.

1. Install the DKMS package in a clean oracular cloud VM, which will compile
the modules.
2. Run autopkgtests using a clean oracular cloud VM to check it works.

Nothing in sight, adding a Dependency and fixing autopkgtests.
[Original Bug Report]
The autopkgtests fail for mofed-modules-24.07-dkms. Moreover the failure
is not correctly reported because not using autopkgtest-pkg-dkms but a
custom test that tries to install the package itself but will result in
"dependencies not met" in case of compilation failures.
