netpipe no longer builds netpipe-openmpi for armhf, instead it now
builds netpipe-mpich2.
$ reverse-depends -r plucky netpipe-openmpi
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -r plucky -b netpipe-openmpi
No reverse dependencies found
Please delete old netpipe-openmpi armhf binary from plucky.
