Agreed as outlined, no dependencies, not compatible (yet).
Further 18.3 wasn't picked up for almost two years and 1.0 not since February.
And since it is removed in Debian by
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1063264 it will likely not
appear there unless needed for something no one expects.
If needed it can come back as compatible 1.0, but given that 2/3
transition is quite old by now that might never be needed.
