Public bug reported:

After the ser2net package transitioned to the new yaml style configuration I
noticed that the ser2net daemon doesn't start properly anymore. The
investigation showed that the location (/etc/ser2net.yaml) of the configuration
file is wrong (at least that is what seems happening on my Ubuntu Ubuntu
22.04.5 LTS installation). I moved the file at the new location
(/etc/ser2net/ser2net.yaml) and the daemon started working as expected.
The search of the https://packages.ubuntu.com/ database for "ser2net.yaml"
showed that all recent Ubuntu versions are impacted.

** Affects: ser2net (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
