I confirm your findings, from a Firefox on a windows computer. ubuntu-docs is only responsible for the desktop help content. For example https://help.ubuntu.com/stable/ubuntu-help/index.html. So, I don't know that the "Affects" part is correct, but don't know what else it would be.
