Public bug reported:

The Ruby package bundled with Ubuntu doesn't have support for yjit. yjit
is a jit compiler for Ruby which can run Ruby applications way faster
than with the standard way.

In order to get a yjit enabled build, I do it like this:

RUBY_CONFIGURE_OPTS=--enable-yjit rbenv install 3.3.6

You need a Rust compiler present when building Ruby with yjit support,
but it's not a requirement at runtime.
