Public bug reported:

Problem:

1. Ubuntu installer doesn't allow for installing system on encrypted
partition with leaving some space free (unpartitioned). You can only use
the whole disk or play with existing unencrypted Ubuntu partition.

2. In Ubuntu 22.04 and earlier it was possible to use solution from
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Full_Disk_Encryption_Howto_2019,
but... in 24.04 we have new installer and it doesn't allow for selecting
/dev/mapper/* in manual partitioning like earlier.

Expected:

1. Please bring old installer functionality (it should allow for
selecting all types of partitions like earlier)

or

2. Please provide such disk graphic visualization like in Gnome Disks
application (you see LUKS partition and partition inside LUKS in one
space) and just few options:

* on LUKS/unencrypted Linux partition - installing or replacing system
* on Windows partition - deleting
* on free space - creating LUKS/unencrypted Linux partition (we need option for
providing size)

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
