Public bug reported:
After starting and Ubuntu boot animation is over the screen goes black
indefinitely.
If I hold shift during bios logo screen I can get grub to show up and resume
from recovery and then it boots mode but the same doesn't work if I choose the
normal mode.
Is there something I can try to solve this?
OS: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS x86_64
CPU: AMD Threadripper 1800x
GPU: AMD Radeon RX Vega
Memory: 16GB
