I can confirm that this bug is still happening with version 3.7.4-1 available on Debian 12 Bookworm. When using Ansible, I had to resort to `throttle: 1`, otherwise the clients `ansible.builtin.apt` would get stuck forever. In my case, it always happened during the `apt-get update` part, not the `apt-get install` (probably because the playbook never got to it).
