Public bug reported:
Using ReImage for 1000 Images, slowly a lot notification comming until
system froze, cpu max slow, all system unresponsive, killing Kdialog
stopped finishing, still cpu high
Installed some Reimage like in Bug #2064747 or somehow
Now seems working better or that was other bug
BUT what i understand is- Im using in Dolphin a REIMAGE rightclick menu on 1000
images
So i think too many notifications in row waiting to be shown made plasmashell
crash
By the way- notification settings i have set to show each notification to 5
seconds
On around image 900
See screenshot- nothing updating, panels cant click, notifications on right
stuck- not going away
alt+tab at least working
in terminal killall kdialog made new notifications comming up in left side.
See screenshot- cpu monitor in botom not moving, panels not movng
Htop shows Plasmashell frozen, once cpu hanged on 100%, after minute changes to
next cpu to max 100%
at one point all cpus were max 100%
I was not able to use Spectacle to make screenshots- it was lagging and
even freezing, even if other CPU cores were still free
