With Desktop Wall compiz plugin enabled and gnome-panel autohide with 2 pixels
remaining, panel will not unhide unless mouseover left or right upper corners.
Removing Desktop Wall compiz plugin allows panel to unhide by mouseover
anywhere where panel would be.
