Thanks for pinging this! I was waiting for the debian update to autosync
over break, but it seems that is not happening for whatever reason,
maybe due to mysql-8.4 overriding some of the binary packages. I'll go
ahead and sync. This also affects 8.4, so I will create a PR for it too

MySQL 5.6 refuses to install on systems that have had MariaDB 10.0
