The attached rfkill.txt only mentions 'dell-bluetooth'. But that's not
the Bluetooth device I would expect to see since you have an Intel AX201
installed which the kernel log knows as 'hci0'. So I wonder if turning
off Bluetooth "manually" has completely hidden the Intel Bluetooth
device 'hci0'.

If you reboot the machine and never turn off Bluetooth, what does the
'rfkill' command show?
