Please sync glm 0.9.9.8+ds-8 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Bump cmake_minimum_required version to 3.10 to
avoid autopkgtest failure with cmake >= 3.31
The Debian package has adjusted required cmake version too
