Public bug reported: I am experiencing interesting symptoms with web browsers. Brave, Chromium, Edge and Firefox all display the same behaviour. Certain websites, like pytorchg.org and onnx.ai mostly do not load. Sometimes, when I make a change, it is reachable for a while, before timing out again. It has not always been the case. It is something that has been going on for a month or so. It is also only confined to Ubuntu 22.04 and 20.04. It works on iOS, Android and Windows.
Some of the things I have done is: + Flush DNS cache + Tried an alternative DNS like CloudFlare and Google + Checked ssl resolution, it mostly works, but sometimes takes a long time + Checks NTP is enabled + Tried to access the sites via a Docker-based squid proxy + Cleared the browser cache + Disabled all browser extension + Disabled clamav anti-virus I don't use a VPN. I can reach all of the sites from the command line with `curl`, `dig` and `lynx`.
