This apic test case has gone with https://gitlab.com/kvm-unit-tests/kvm-
unit-tests/-/commit/f5cfdd33cb21e upstream.
Our sru-trusty and sru-bionic branch contain this commit. But sru-xenial
does not.(we were using the sru branch for Trusty, until yesterday we
decided to use sru-bionic because it got some build issue with the
recent update in 2024 Dec.)
So that we still have bug 1918689 in Xenial.
