Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* SRU: #2083480: No-change rebuild to add support for Python 3.13.
* d/control: Fix missing dh python module during source package build by
moving dh-python to Build-Depends (LP: #2078749)
* d/control: Fix missing dh python module during source package build by

Reverting the delta for LP: #2078749 does not cause a source build
failure anymore. I reverted the patch and tried this command on amd64
and armhf (though the pagekite is published only for amd64):
debuild --no-lintian -nc -d -S -uc -us
The source build did not fail.
