Can confirm ubuntu-drivers-common (1:0.9.7.10) from oracular-proposed fixes the bug for me. Test details:
1. Launch AWS instance g4dn.xlarge (1x Nvidia Tesla T4 GPU) running 24.10. 2. Enable oracular-proposed repository and install ubuntu-drivers-common. 3. Run "ubuntu-drivers install --gpgpu --recommended". 4. Observe correct installation of packages: "nvidia-headless-no-dkms-535-server" and "linux-modules-nvidia-535-server-aws". The linux-modules-nvidia package is now installed as expected. ** Tags removed: verification-needed-oracular ** Tags added: verification-done-oracular -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2083709 Title: fix install --gpgpu handling.
