** Description changed:

  [ Impact ]

RTL8125BPH 2.5 GbE controller is not functional.

  [ Fix ]

This introduce support for RTL8125BPH 2.5 GbE controller by adding:

  1. linux-firmware (already upstreamed[1]).
  2. Driver patch[2] and its dependent patches.

  The dependent patches includes:

  1. The PHY support for PHY ID 0x001cc841, which is needed for RTL8125BP
- 2. Refactoring when support for other models (e.g. RTL8125D, RTL8125D rev.b)
- were added.
+ 2. Refactoring when support for other models (e.g. RTL8125D, RTL8125D rev.b)
+    were added.
  3. Dependent patches for the patch itself.

  [ Test ]

  1. Install the linux-firmware
  2. Install the kernel
  3. Test basic network function (ping, firefox etc.)

[ Where the problem could occur ]

Error in the patches and firmware will make the said controller not
function properly, which happens to be the status quo.

To avoid conflict, the dependent patches include some commits for newer
models, in particular the RTL8125D and RTL8125D rev.b. That however
doesn't mean those models are readily usable for now.
