I ran the command:
systemctl --user edit xdg-desktop-portal-gnome.service

and commented out `Requisite=graphical-session.target` line (by just
prefixing a hash).

Note that `systemctl edit` will use the 'editor' program for the edit. This 
defaults to `nano`. You can change that by running:
sudo update-alternatives --config editor
