It looks like the Bluetooth kernel interface died and was restarted:

[ 1164.351851] Bluetooth: hci0: Execution of wmt command timed out
[ 1164.351867] Bluetooth: hci0: Failed to send wmt func ctrl (-110)
[ 1164.352312] Bluetooth: hci0: Opcode 0x2005 failed: -22
[ 1164.352400] Bluetooth: hci0: Opcode 0x2041 failed: -22
[ 1164.370260] usbcore: deregistering interface driver btusb
[ 1164.430958] Bluetooth: hci0: Failed to claim iso interface
[ 1164.430991] usbcore: registered new interface driver btusb
[ 1164.481585] Bluetooth: hci0: HW/SW Version: 0x008a008a, Build Time:
20240826151221
[ 1167.461643] Bluetooth: hci0: Device setup in 2959639 usecs
[ 1167.461655] Bluetooth: hci0: HCI Enhanced Setup Synchronous Connection
command is advertised, but not supported.
[ 1167.536101] Bluetooth: hci0: AOSP extensions version v1.00
[ 1167.536111] Bluetooth: hci0: AOSP quality report is supported
[ 1167.536732] Bluetooth: MGMT ver 1.23

and it looks like it's built into the MT7921 wifi card despite using
"USB" internally.

So this seems like a kernel bug. And to work around it you may have to
try a different version of Ubuntu, or using an external Bluetooth dongle
(assuming you can't easily replace the internal wifi card).

** Summary changed:

- Bluetooth not showing devices
+ [MT7921] Bluetooth not showing devices

** Package changed: bluez (Ubuntu) => linux (Ubuntu)
