As revealed during the review of mofed-modules-24.10 backport in LP: #2089567
some entries are missing in debian/copyright.
Also, the maintainer of the package was set to an individual instead of
a team.
Although the package is not maintained anymore, having the correct maintainer
and d/copyright
backported to this package seems necessary.

Install the package, check that the copyright file is updated in
/usr/share/doc/mofed-modules-24.07/.

Nothing in sight, modifying d/control maintainer and d/copyright
metadata.
