* openjdk-23 is the latest is the latest openjdk release. Providing it
for the stable releases will allow access to the latest features and
provide a bootstrap openjdk for the next lts version

* The openjdk is tested by the build-time jtreg tests and autopkgtests.
There should not be unexplained test regressions.

The packages are uploaded to the OpenJDK toolchains PPA:
ppa:openjdk-r/ppa[7] for noble[8], jammy[9] and focal[10]. Oracular will
be updated through the security update procedure.
