Well, it's removed from Debian Testing and proposed to be removed from
Debian Stable, but I don't see a removal bug for Debian Unstable.
However, I could just keep this block-proposed bug open and then it
won't migrate out of Ubuntu's development -proposed area.
And an Archive Admin could add it to the sync blocklist later if that
annoys them.
