Public bug reported:
rdkit and its reverse dependencies coot, parmed and votca have all been
removed from Debian testing sometime between 2024-08-26 and 2025-01-09
due to various RC bugs.
rdkit and votca currently entangle and block the hdf5 and numpy2
transitions.
Please remove from rdkit, coot, parmed and votca from plucky.
