* Update upstream link to point to GitHub archive
* d/p/*:
- Add patch to fix FTBFS with gcc-14 (Closes: #1081053).
- Add "Forwarded: not-needed" to fix_install.patch and
makefile_dependency.patch
* d/control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.0.
* d/copyright: Update debian/* stanza.
* d/u/metadata: Add upstream metadata file.
