As previously discussed on https://salsa.debian.org/debian/ikiwiki-
hosting/-/merge_requests/4 and https://bugs.debian.org/1076751, the
Ubuntu patch that is applied to ikiwiki-hosting makes the test suite
pass, but leaves ikiwiki-hosting non-functional on "real" systems.
The version in Debian testing/unstable addresses the same regression
when using newer versions of git, but in a way that results in the
package continuing to work on "real" systems as well. Please resync.
