Public bug reported:

Since August of last year, my screen flickers at random. I have a dual boot
system and the problem only happens on Ubuntu. The information of my device is:
Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS
Dell Inc. Inspiron 7591
Intel® Core™ i7-9750H × 12
Intel® UHD Graphics 630 (CFL GT2)

My laptop also have a graphics card, but I deactivated it just in case.
However, the flickering still happens. I also took the laptop to a repair shop
but there is no issue with my hardware, and as I mentioned before, in windows
there is no problem. Just in case, this is my GPU info:
GP107M [GeForce GTX 1050 3 GB Max-Q]

When writing the following command:
dmesg -l emerg,alert,crit,err

I get the error:
[ 8581.154298] i915 0000:00:02.0: [drm] *ERROR* CPU pipe A FIFO underrun

Output of command: cat /proc/version_signature > version.log
Ubuntu 6.8.0-52.53-generic 6.8.12

Thanks for the help!
