I fear your best bet at this point is to try and contact the OpenJDK developers upstream. Their “fixing policy” is a bit annoying, so you’d first have to see if it’s still a bug in the latest JDK, then if it gets fixed, the fix can be backported to the LTS JDKs (21, 17, 11, 8).
I see you invested quite some effort into making it easy enough to reproduce the issue, and if I were in a position to develop a fix for OpenJDK, I’d be happy about it, but it pains me to say I’m not and that my mails to the jdk8u-dev mailing list are usually ignored (although occasionally an Oracle employee chimes in with unhelpful messages irrelevant to the question). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1755640 Title: Pitch-Bend Control Wrong On Java MIDI Interface To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openjdk-8/+bug/1755640/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
