When booting this kernel for some reason it cannot find the root device
by UUID.

When installing the above, I had to use --force-depends on linux-headers

sudo dpkg -i --force-depends 
linux-headers-6.8.0-060800-generic_6.8.0-060800.202501301424_amd64.deb
(Reading database ... 268715 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to unpack 
linux-headers-6.8.0-060800-generic_6.8.0-060800.202501301424_amd64.deb ...
