As discussed offline with the LP team, the path forward here for
affected users should be using a previous known working version of
docker.io from the Ubuntu archive (short term) and fix the code parsing
the docker save output to comply with the new format (long term).
This means that there will be no changes in the Ubuntu packages for this
matter, since the change was intended by the upstream project. To
properly set expectations, I am changing the status for the docker.io
package tracker to wontfix.
