Hey John, thanks for the notes. While we're waiting for a nice complete solution, it would be great to have some public pointers for figuring out a workaround.
Here: https://askubuntu.com/a/1541329/282071 someone figured out that if they "resolve the executable symlink before creating the apparmor profile" they got things working. It would be great if you could comment on that as a workaround. They also said they installed the pipx binary with `--global` (which requires root) - they don't know if that's necessary for their approach to work.
