The zfs module seems to be missing in the referenced kernel/modules thus
the zfs pool is missing and the DB fails to start
# systemctl --failed

Legend: LOAD → Reflects whether the unit definition was properly loaded.
ACTIVE → The high-level unit activation state, i.e. generalization of

# zpool status
The ZFS modules cannot be auto-loaded.
Try running 'modprobe zfs' as root to manually load them.
