I've seen the following in the linked discussions:

migrated to ubuntu 22 to solve the issue should be able to move back to

Microsoft Azure team and they are working to debug them, but in the
meantime we have moved our runners so that you can use the runners
without issue.
Since this was due to a hardware issue, I'm closing this issue as
Invalid.
