Run Update Manager and it will give you the options upgrading your
packages.

 that you use Kubuntu and that this is a long standing problem for you.

https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+addticket and we'll help you
further. Make sure you post a link to this bug in your support ticket so
so the support team can see the underlying issue.
