[Impact]
A new 24.10 minor version has been released from upstream, and should be
backported under the HWE exception. This also allow to backport various
fixes to the packaging.
[Test case]
Install the produced binary package mofed-modules-24.10-dkms.
Check that the modules can compile against the series kernels.
[Where things could go wrong]
NEW package for noble, so reduced impact.
Update for oracular, modules might stop to build.
