My understanding is that NEW packages don't generally require Feature
Freeze Exceptions as long as they land before the new Ubuntu series is
released, so I'll sync this to the NEW queue where an Ubuntu Archive
Admin (member of ~ubuntu-archive) will need to manually accept or
reject.
