Reproduction Steps:
1. `apt install node-d3-dsv`
2. Create a simple CSV file as below:
```csv
Name,Species,Color
Kermit,Frog,Green
Fozzy,Bear,Yellow
Animal,Beast,Red
```
3. Run `csv2json /path/to/csv_file.csv`
4. See an error like this:
```shell
$ csv2json /tmp/test.csv
/usr/share/nodejs/d3-dsv/dist/d3-dsv.js:69
DELIMITER = delimiter.charCodeAt(0);
