Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-6.11.0-14-generic
cp: cannot stat '/usr/share/plymouth/themes/spinner/watermark.png': No such
file or directory
E: /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/plymouth failed with return 1.
So the file /usr/share/plymouth/themes/spinner/watermark.png is missing
which should be part of the plymouth package. Do you have plymouth
installed? Can you try re-installing plymouth?
sudo apt install --reinstall plymouth
