Public bug reported:
If i add a shortcut in favorite section in xfce menu of the panel, and after i
add it in the panel, it's always another shortcut who created.
I need to retry one more time to have the good shortcut
i can reproduce it each time
the shortcut is always replaced by the same shortcut, here Firefox
ubuntu 22.04
xfce-panel 4.18.4
