Public bug reported:
I have few snap apps like Chromium, Firefox, Telegram. Shortcut to each
app is added in KDE Favorites in Start menu using this technique: open
Start menu, type app name (e.g. firefox), right click on found shortcut
and select "Add to favorites". Once each snap app is automatically
updated, its shortcut disappears from Favorites and I have to add it
there again, it is sort of annoying.
Maybe this behavior/bug is connected with how KDE handles snaps and not
with snapd itself. Please let me know what other information I can add
here or what I can do to break down the problem.
I'm using Kubuntu 24.04.2 LTS and KDE 5.27.12, the problem appeared
after upgrade from 22.04.
