issues.
* d/rules: Enable rabbitmq-streams entrypoint.
* d/p/elixir-1.18-compat.patch: Compatibility patch for conflict with
JSON module in newer Elixir versions (LP: #2097790).
* d/p/rabbitmq-dist.mk.patch: Drop, no longer needed.
* d/p/publish-subscribe: Check use of JSON formatter.
