Actually, it was mostly promoted already AFAICS.
Suspicious - sorry for that check causing an extra delay.

We can see that the cases which already had the same names have been done (I
haven't checked by whom).
Before things like this made me wonder:

  gir1.2-tracker-3.0 3.8.2-5 in plucky amd64:
main/introspection/optional/100% -> main

main->main is what I mean.

Sad that there was left no trace here on the bug, but at least not conflicting.
I'll ask around who that was ...

For now let me fully resolve your cases ...

Source already was in main

./change-override --component main --suite plucky-proposed --source-only
tinysparql
Override component to main
tinysparql 3.8.2-5 in plucky: main/misc -> main
Override [y|N]? y
tinysparql 3.8.2-5 in plucky remained the same
1 publication remained the same.

handling binaries, but only touching those that still need a change:

...

OK Someone else is doing the very same right now :-)
Now also gir1.2-tsparql-3.0 libtinysparql-3.0-0 libtinysparql-dev
libtinysparql-doc are in main.

Just tinysparql binaries are not yet in main !now! ... oO

./change-override --component main --suite plucky-proposed tinysparql
Override component to main
tinysparql 3.8.2-5 in plucky amd64: universe/utils/optional/100% -> main
tinysparql 3.8.2-5 in plucky arm64: universe/utils/optional/100% -> main
tinysparql 3.8.2-5 in plucky armhf: universe/utils/optional/100% -> main
tinysparql 3.8.2-5 in plucky ppc64el: universe/utils/optional/100% -> main
tinysparql 3.8.2-5 in plucky riscv64: universe/utils/optional/100% -> main
tinysparql 3.8.2-5 in plucky s390x: universe/utils/optional/100% -> main
Override [y|N]? y
6 publications overridden.

We might need a lock for AAs :-)

Either way - Now the state in proposed should be good for all of this to
migrate.
Let us know if that is not the case once the dust of this settles in a few
hours ...
